This week, Dr. Veronica Anderson launches her new weekly talk radio show, Wellness For The Real World on Her first entry on a regular segment, Fits You To A “Tea” is the tea many of us first encountered in an Asian restaurant: green tea.

Though all teas come from the leaves of the same plant (Camellia Sinensis), green tea is different from others because it doesn’t undergo a fermentation process before it’s prepared. This makes for its high anti-oxidant content.

Green teas are greenish in color after brewing, and all have different flavors.
